We've received many examples from wonderful people all around the world and have compiled here a board of image-inary illustrations.
Our research into the Reverse Goatse goes back to the first transmissions we received regarding the Sacred Empyrean Reverse Goatse Love Hole at the Top of the Universe (sometimes referred to as Serglh Attotu).
